Using VSThiran

VSThiran is a collection of free online tools operated by Vishal Senthilkumar. You are welcome to use them for personal or business purposes.

No account, sign-up or payment is required. There is no login system and no subscription. If that changes, these terms will be updated first.

What the tools are for

The tools are provided for general informational and productivity purposes. They are designed to give you a quick, transparent answer to a common question and to show the working behind it.

They are not tailored to you. A calculator cannot know your circumstances, your contract, the rules that apply where you live, or any exception that might apply to your case.

No guarantee of suitability or accuracy

Considerable care has gone into the calculations, and the formulas used are documented on each tool’s page. Even so, VSThiran does not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation.

Results should be treated as a starting point rather than a final answer. Before acting on anything important, please check it against an authoritative source.

Important decisions need proper sources

You remain responsible for verifying anything that matters. In particular, for decisions involving:

• Tax, duties or anything reported to a revenue authority
• Legal rights, obligations or contracts
• Loans, credit, investments or other financial commitments
• Health, fitness or anything affecting your wellbeing
• Business registration, compliance or official filings
• Any submission to a government or regulatory body

Please consult the relevant official source or an appropriately qualified professional. Nothing on VSThiran is financial, tax, legal, medical or professional advice, and using the tools does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Rules of this sort also differ from one country to another. Where a calculation depends on such rules, the assumptions used are stated on the page so you can judge whether they apply to you.

No government affiliation

VSThiran is an independent website. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government department, regulator or official authority.

Nothing here should be read as an official statement of any country’s rules, and it must not be relied on in place of an official government source.

Site content and intellectual property

The VSThiran name, logo, page designs and written explanations are the property of Vishal Senthilkumar, unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to use the tools and to share links to any page. Please do not copy the site’s content or designs to present them as your own, or reproduce the VSThiran branding in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.

Results you produce with the tools, such as a calculation or a QR code you generate, are yours to use as you wish.

Acceptable use

When using VSThiran, please do not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the website or its availability
• Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems serving it
• Use automated means to place unreasonable load on the website
• Use the tools to create content that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful to others
• Misrepresent VSThiran as the source of advice it does not give

Availability

VSThiran is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn as the site develops.

Limitation of responsibility

The tools are free to use and are offered in good faith, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, Vishal Senthilkumar is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of VSThiran or from any decision taken on the basis of a result it produced. Deciding whether a result is appropriate for your situation, and verifying it where it matters, is your responsibility.

Changes to these terms

VSThiran is still being built, and these terms describe the site as it works today. They may be updated as tools are added or changed. The "last updated" date at the top shows when this page last changed, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
