Accounting Manager, Tokenized Equities

Description

Senior individual contributor role building the accounting model from scratch for tokenized equities, including FSRA regulatory compliance, GL operations and audit support under US GAAP and IFRS. Requires CPA or equivalent and experience in regulated financial environments with direct regulator engagement. Base salary AED 503,500-530,000 per year (plus other benefits).
